At Prestige Mailboxes, every product is custom-built to order. Because of this, our return and cancellation policy depends on the stage of production.
Order Cancellation
Before Mockup Approval
Orders can be canceled at any time before mockup approval. Production does not begin until the design is approved.
If canceled before approval, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 3% processing fee (non-refundable payment provider fee).
After Mockup Approval
Once your mockup is approved, production begins and materials are allocated.
At this stage, orders are no longer eligible for full cancellation or refund. However, return eligibility may still apply under the conditions below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following:
Because each product is custom-built, return eligibility may vary depending on the level of customization.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Items that include custom sizing, address numbers, or personalized elements may not be eligible for return unless defective.
If a return is approved, additional fees may apply based on the level of customization.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be returned in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A restocking fee up to 25% may apply for non-defective returns
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
